Brought back fond memories of previous visits with a friend who passed years ago. Food still great. Take out or dine in food the same.

Always has great food at a good price. I stop in when coming home pretty often!

Food is delicious and the portions are big... I usually share my takeout with my fiance... Food is very authentic... Deff recommend this restaurant...

One of the best Chinese food in the area

1st time there, heard it was really good since they remodeled. It was OK. I've been to better Chinese restaurants. Seemed pretty clean, cozy. Was busy at entrance way with people picking up their takeout. Portions weren't as big as I've got at other places but not too small. Our waitress did not speak good English so it was hard to place our order.

This is truly a great Resteraunt, good food , great people courteous and friendly. The newly remodeled inside is more inviting to sit and eat plenty of room with very attentive wait staff ! Love this place !

Been going here for over 30 years. Food is delicious. Portions are huge. Prices are very reasonable. Service is fast. They just updated the dining room and it looks great.

We love Wong Wok we travel from Hartford to Springfield every two weeks and we all was make sure to visit, best Chinese food I've ever had! And the amount of food is worth the money, cause we always have enough food for two more days. #thebest

Have visited Wong Wok several times and always fast friendly service. Food is excellent and you get plenty of it. Prices are very reasonable. Especially, like I had already mentioned, for the amount of food that you get. Love this place. Will definitely be going back.

The food is not bad but it’s unfortunate they are constantly over charging on their orders. On more than one occasion I have been dramatically over charged for my food. Please use your calculator when dining in or ordering from this restaurant. They are not trust worthy; how unfortunate the way they treat their customers.

Great food as always. Ordered take out ready on time as usual. Had the pork egg foo young. Delicious everytime. When I do eat inside. Place is very clean and staff is excellent. Have only been disappointed once in 20 years. I can say that is an excellent track record. And they corrected the issue promptly.

I have no idea what these people are talking about when they say their portions are small. My portion was so big it could give me three meals. My photo that I’ll post is the General Chong and the pupu dinner! The quality and portions is what you’re paying for, and the customer service was great! Love it!

Best food ever! Eat in service is much quicker than take out. I recommend calling the take out order in and using the online menu. Before pick up, wait an extra 10 minutes before the time they said so you won't be waiting around. The food is not expensive and is phenomenal! It's worth the wait. Make sure to ask for spoons and forks if you need them, and they also are generous with paper plates. Also, make sure you ask for extra duck and soy sauce if you want it.

Wong Wok was one of the few Asian restaurants that the food was fairly decent. Went there recently the food was grease laden and the service wasnt so great. Second time service wasnt so good so we will skip the 3 rd time

Absolutely terrible customer service, I first walk into the building and get treated with the rudest attitude, I wait about 15-20 minutes and finally get my food. Then I drive 25 minutes back home just to realIze I got the wrong order. They refused to deliver the correct order to me so I had to drive all the way back there. Then the cashier tells me I owe her another $10 for my correct order. After all the driving back and fourth the least she could have done was waved the extra $10, seeing as they screwed up in the 1st place, not even an apology for the inconvenience, will never be back there again

Awesome food!!! Just started getting takeout here a few weeks ago. Looks very clean inside. The portions are huge for a pretty normal priced chinese food. The chicken is actual chicken- not the sludge you get from other chinese food restaurants. The food seems to be very fresh and well made. The portions might look small when you get it, but once you dig in, the stuff is tightly packed in there. My friend and I couldn't even eat through half of our order. Delicious!!

I ordered my food picked it up and got home to find the wrong order. Called them, brought back the food coming from Chicopee and they charged me $2.00 extra because they gave me a lunch special instead of dinner made with shrimp not beef like I asked. Good thing I’m not allergic! Can’t believe they would charge me anything extra after their mistake. Very rude place! This place is always up and done with food Quality sometimes it’s good and sometimes you feel like you got leftover old rice an old meat. Will be finding a new Chinese restaurant. Food taste like leftovers. Not fresh at all! What happen to this place. FYI I would gladly pay 💰 extra money for them to stop giving people gross old food that taste reheated! I have been eating at this play for 18 years I can’t believe the food has gotten so bad!!! What is the issue?? Used to be the best Chinese food around ! Please stop serving old nasty food before someone gets sick!

I love Wong wok. This is the best place. I came in here on mother's day and it was amazing. This is the cleanest and best place that I ever came for food. I hope that everyone will come here and bring their family to Wong wok restaurant. Their food is tasty. The restaurant is clean. And they are just the best restaurant in the world please everyone come to Wong wok they are the best thank

The food is always good. And the remodel looks great. But the service didnt change and can somebody tell me why they say open until 1030 but twice have not answered a call at 10. At least answer and say the kitchen is closed.

Amazing!! Delicious food. Prices are a little higher than most Chinese restaurants BUT well worth it to spend a little more money for great quality food. Customer service was excellent answering all questions we had. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming for couples on a date or large parties and kid friendly. This is definitely a place we will continue to enjoy. Thank you for the best Chinese food we've had ever!!

Was visiting from out of town. Place looks great! Person (owner? ) at front desk seemed irritated. Took my order and still seemed irritated.Server brought my to go order and asked if I needed spoons. I said yes 2. They were presented as if to say and stay out! Glad I won't be back. Takeout containers were awful. Food not much better.

Consistently good food from Wong Wok. We order almost every week and the employees/owner treat us well. They get pretty busy on rainy days (we learned this the hard way), but they do the best they can. Great establishment.

Very friendly clean and good food real good eats

Food is good. It has never been ready on time for pickup. I've ordered and hour before, 2 hours before even a full day ahead and I've always waited at least 15 mins past the time they've told me, including waiting over an hour for my order. With so many other options around Springfield it's not worth the hassle.

Order was wrong. 20 min turned into 40+

I’m done with this place, they never can get your order right and your food is never ready when they tell you it is. Oh, and on top of that they raised dinner plates by 1.50 ea. I’m done, they have lost my business forever

The most super weird person in the world especially in Springfield no respect for the customer you have to wait forever for your food and they don't know what they are doing it was a joke
